If your thumbs are consistently poor quality, you
will be banned

Nothing illegal - cp, beast, scat, rape, torture etc...
2)
NO consoles, active-x, dialers, or other cheating scumware
3)
Submit a CLEAN looking thumb - no grainy shit please
4)
Make sure to use my recip link
5)
Minimum 15 pictures or 4 movies per gallery
6)
Use same name and email each time you submit
7)
Make sure your gallery goes in the correct category
8)
Only high quality galleries will be listed!!
